To view meetings scheduled in classrooms and the availability of conference rooms, click on the master calendar.

The classroom schedules are for regularly scheduled classes.聽 Any additional meetings can be found in the master calendar.

Routine meeting - is a meeting occurring during normal working hours.聽 7:30 - 5:00 Monday through Thursday, 7:30-11:30 on Friday.
After hours meeting - is a meeting occurring after 5:00 Monday through Thursday, after 11:30 on Friday, any day of the weekend.
For a routine meeting, you may schedule a meeting by calling Marcia Wells or via email.
For an after hours meetings, you MUST complete a event form, which can be found here.听听
