MEAL PLAN INFORMATION

Auxiliary Enterprises
()

A variety of meal plans are available to both residential and commuter students.听 Dining options and pricing information can be viewed online at聽.听

Room and meal plan reservations are contracted separately through Residential Life and the Warhawk ID Services Office (WIDS), respectively. All students living on campus and taking classes (WEB classes included) are required to contract for the appropriate on-campus meal plan.听 Unless a specific meal plan is indicated, residents will automatically be enrolled in the All Access Gold聽Plan. Bayou and Warhawk Village Apartment residents will automatically be enrolled in the Village Apt Plan unless a standard meal plan is chosen.听 Residents are not eligible for any Commuter Plans. Students with apartment lease contracts for the academic year plus summer and participating in internships or clinical rotations will need prior approval for meal exemptions from the Executive Director of Auxiliary Enterprises by May 20.听 Any request for a meal plan change (change from the appropriate plan to another / or request for a meal plan exemption) must be approved by the Executive Director of Auxiliary Enterprises (documentation will be required).听 Any change to a meal plan not requiring approvals previously mentioned, must be made before the fifth (5th) class day each semester.

All meal plans include 鈥淔lex-Dollars鈥 that are the equivalent of cash and may be redeemed at any of Aramark鈥檚 dining facilities. FLEX that is associated to meal plans (Includes: All Access Plans, Maroon Plan, Village Plan, Commuter Plans) will rollover from fall to spring and expire at the end of the spring semester. FLEX added to accounts without a meal plan, will not rollover. Only FLEX associated with the above meal plans will rollover.听Fall-term Flex-Dollars will be forfeited if a new meal plan with flex is not purchased for the subsequent spring term. Additional Flex-Dollars may be purchased at any time throughout the semester.

Please contact the Aramark Office (318-342-3420) for additional general information on meal plans or go to the site linked below to add extra flex or meals during the semester:
