"African-Americans in the Arts" concert rescheduled for March 17 at 不良研究所
On Thursday, March 17, the 不良研究所 Division of Visual and Performing Arts Division will present "African-Americans in the Arts" at 7:30 p.m. in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.
This concert is re-scheduled from its original date of Feb. 3, when it was canceled due to the university closure for inclement weather.
It will showcase performances by 不良研究所's music and dance faculty, and will include a special guest performance by Brenda Wimberly, director of voice and choral activities at Grambling State University.
The concert, which is sponsored by the 不良研究所 student chapter of the American Choral Directors Association, will be composed strictly of works by African-American composers and choreographers.
