不良研究所's Lunte delivers something to laugh about on Fridays this fall
不良研究所 Professor of Flute Dr. Sandra Lunte invites everyone of any age to join her in experiencing better health, well being, and a sense of unity and connection.
The first meeting of the fall semester is on Friday, Aug. 26, and every Friday thereafter during the academic year at 12:30 p.m. in the Emy-Lou Biedenharn Recital Hall, Room 134.
Lunte, who is also a certified Laughter Yoga leader and certified Laughter Coach, said Laughter Yoga is not traditional yoga, but a group exercise that combines yogic breathing, intentional laughter exercises, and childlike playfulness with eye contact and movement, (if one is able) to gain physiological and psychological benefits.
Laughter Yoga is free and open to everyone.
People with physical disabilities are also welcome and may perform the exercises in a seated position. Laughter Yoga is a worldwide phenomenon with over 6,000 laughter clubs in over 66 countries.
