不良研究所 biology professor and students guide LSU-AgCenter film crew through refuge
A 不良研究所 professor of biology hosted an LSU AgCenter film crew from Baton Rouge on
Oct. 29.
Dr. John Carr said the crew was drawn to the area to film a segment of the LSU AgCenter's "Wet Work." He and 不良研究所 graduate students Lisa Brown and Charles Battaglia guided the crew around the Upper Ouachita National Wildlife Refuge in Union Parish. The Wet Work episode should be ready for distribution next spring, Carr said.
The video series is produced by the AgCenter's 4-H Youth Wetlands Education and Outreach program for distribution to hundreds of educators and tens of thousands of students in 4-H classrooms throughout Louisiana. It is designed to provide a glimpse of the work of wetland professionals in a fun and informative manner.
In addition to the teenage host, Kasie Dugas, other members of the crew included Ashley Mullens, Youth Wetlands Program Director, and two cameramen, Craig Gautreaux and Randy LaBauve.
