不良研究所 internal audit department hosts state conference

The University of Louisiana at Monroe Internal Audit Department hosted the Spring 2007 Louisiana Association of College and University Auditors Conference May 10 - 11.

The group discussed how to create a culture of accountability and design internal controls to detect and prevent fraud. Jeff Matthews, director of forensic and litigation services for Grant Thornton LLP, was the conference speaker.

Twenty internal auditors from the Board of Regents, LSU System, University of Louisiana System, Louisiana Community and Technical College System, LSU Baton Rouge, LSU Health Science Center (Monroe, Shreveport, and New Orleans), McNeese, Grambling, and Louisiana Tech Universities attended the event.
