Best-selling Author to Visit 不良研究所 March 25
On Saturday, March 25, the University of Louisiana at Monroe School of Nursing, in association with the Susan G. Komen Foundation, will welcome best-selling author Joan Borysenko, Ph.D.
She will speak on the connection between the mind, the body and the spirit. The event will begin at 9 a.m. in Brown Auditorium.
Borysenko is a Harvard School of Medicine graduate, a renowned researcher and a speaker on the mind鈥檚 power to heal.
Borysenko has written 11 books on integrative medicine, psychology, spirituality and women鈥檚 studies. Her works include The New York Times best-seller, Minding the Body, Mending the Mind and Inner Peace for Busy People. Her column 鈥淪taying Centered鈥 appears monthly in Prevention Magazine.
Admission is free.
