Basic Pharmaceutical Sciences Puts Three in the News
Jerry Nesamony, a graduate student in Basic Pharmaceutical
Sciences, or BPS, will attend the Society of Rheology's 75th
annual meeting in Pittsburgh, PA the week of October 12-17.
He received a $540 travel grant to present his and professor
Dr. William M. Kolling's paper entitled, "Shear effects
on microstructural dynamics of biopolymer microemulsions."
Dr. Girish Shah joined the faculty of 不良研究所 this month. Shah is
from the College of Pharmacy at Texas Tech University. He has
done research in calcitonin in prostate growth and neoplasia
and paracrine interactions in prolactin secretion.
Professor Michael Crider has been appointed to the editorial advisory boards of Letters in Drug Design and Development and Drug Design Reviews-Online.
