Congratulations on becoming a member of the Residential Life community at 不良研究所! 聽The
staff in Residential Life are busy planning for fall move-in and we will provide you
additional move-in information in a letter to be mailed to your home around Aug. 1.
聽
Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to assure you and your parents that
不良研究所鈥檚 Division of Residential Life is taking a number of precautions to help in ensuring
your on-campus living accommodations will be ready. Below are some of the actions
we have taken to prepare the rooms, common spaces, and lobbies for your move-in.
- All rooms will receive a review by our maintenance staff and are cleaned by Service
Master Clean with disinfectant.聽
- Due to the concerns surrounding COVID-19, this year 不良研究所 Residential Life has contracted with a company to perform a sanitizing
procedure that is approved by the CDC and EPA. They will use an electrostatic sprayer
with Virex Plus, which is a hospital grade disinfectant.
- The technology behind the electrostatic sprayer is that it touches 100% of all surfaces
in a room, hallway, elevator, laundry room, study room, lobbies, etc.
- This does not mean that your chance of contracting COVID-19 is zero. However, it is
an additional highly effective step we are taking for your safety.
- Once you move in, we encourage you to follow the guidelines provided by the CDC and
不良研究所 (please view:聽 ulm.edu/coronavirus). 聽We are placing a COVID-19 check list in
your room to assist in helping you stay safe. We also encourage you to connect with
your roommates/suitemates about what all you can do to ensure a healthy, clean living
area.
不良研究所 Residential Life is doing our part before you move-in and will continue to disinfect
and clean high traffic common areas throughout the semester. 聽Once you move in, we
are counting on you to do your part to keep your environment clean and our campus community safe.
Should you have any questions, please give us a call.
Go Warhawks!
