The conference is presented every two years at the Kennedy Performing Arts Center and hosted by the American College Dance Association (ACDA).

Selected students from dance departments around the nation performed at the center while faculty members attended conference sessions during the three day event. Mullone sits on the board for the South Region.

The American College Dance Association is an organization that supports and promotes the talent and creativity prominent throughout college and university dance departments.

Mullone鈥檚 duties as a board member include promoting the organization by encouraging dance students, faculty, and departments to become members; encouraging and promote creative work among faculty as well as students; attending regional and national dance conferences, and being the liaison between the dance department and the regional director.

鈥淢y overall experience at the conference was surreal and quite unforgettable,鈥 said Mullone. 鈥淭o attend the Kennedy Performing Arts Center for dancers is like attending the Oscars for actors. A total of 31 concerts were performed by dance students. Each work was selected by professional artists in the field to represent the 12 different regions that make up ACDA.鈥

Mullone has taught at 不良研究所 for 6 years. She received a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Oklahoma and a graduate degree from Texas Christian University.
