As part of the agreement ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù signed with the U.S. Department of Education, ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù pledged to use no less than 50 percent of the funds received under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) and (a)(4) programs to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.
A total of $11,916,539.00 ( $2,888,882.00 HEERF II and $9,027,657 HEERF III) has been designated for distribution to students in the form of Emergency Financial Aid Grants under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) and (a)(4) programs.
On February 9th, 2022,²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù awarded additional American Rescue Plan Act aid in the amount of $3,530,650.00 to 6466 students bringing the total disbursed to current ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù students to $8,975,150.00 for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 terms. $60,082.00 of the fall disbursement completed the awarding of the $2,888,882.00 awarded as HEERF II. $8,915,068.00 of the $9,027,657 HEERF III funds awarded to ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù have also been disbursed. Because funds were limited, aid was distributed to eligible students with the greatest financial need based on current financial aid information.

The following email was sent to students prior to funds being disbursed.
Dear ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù Students,
²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù received an allocation of funds from the US Department of Education to support students who have been impacted by COVID 19. ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù will be posting these funds, referred to as HEERF III funds, to eligible student accounts on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. According to federal guidelines, funds will be distributed based on financial need. No action is required on your part to apply. This will be the last of the HEERF III fund disbursements.
If you are eligible to receive relief funds, actual distribution of those funds will occur by Wednesday, February 9, 2022 . The award will not be applied against tuition or any balance you owe to the university; however, if you want to authorize ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù to apply these funds to your university balance please see below. If you
have not set up a Bankmobile account, please contact Student Account Services (sas@ulm.edu or 318-342-5124).
