2016 Panelist: Cindy Rogers

Cindy Rogers, FACHE, LCSW, NFA is a retired healthcare executive, with a career spanning 40 years in both clinical and leadership capacities. Her diverse career included multiple roles within the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, St. Francis Medical Center, St. Patrick鈥檚 Psychiatric Hospital and related subsidiaries.

Her administrative responsibilities spanned both inpatient and outpatient services including skilled nursing facility, acute rehabilitation, long term acute hospital, psychiatric services, home health, hospice, emergency preparedness, and disability/elderly housing.

She is recognized for her knowledge and expertise in services for the aging, community services, ethics and leadership management.

Her executive leadership positions included President/CEO of St. Patrick鈥檚 Psychiatric Hospital, Interim President of PACE Baton Rouge, President of St. Francis Medical Center Foundation, Vice President and the on-site administrator for St. Francis North.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Louisiana Monroe and a Master鈥檚 degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is certified in healthcare administration with Fellowship status in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

She is also certified in Catholic Healthcare through the Catholic Hospital Administrative Personnel Program of New York. She is licensed as a Board Certified Social Worker in Louisiana (LCSW) as well as a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (NFA).

She served as a trustee many years with the Louisiana Hospital Association; serving as the 2010 Chair. She was active in the American Hospital Association (AHA); serving on AHA鈥檚 Region 7 Policy Board. Cindy served a 6-year term as the Louisiana Regent for the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Community and civic service is a priority in her retirement life. 听She has current and past leadership roles in many organizations including: Ouachita Council on Aging, ARCO, United Way, Cancer Foundation League, 不良研究所 Foundation, CASA, Communities Acting to Benefit Louisiana鈥檚 Elderly and Iberia Bank. She is a trustee and past chair of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce.听 Today she serves as the President of the Kitty DeGree Foundation.
